Shippensburg University Athletics

2017-18 (Junior): Competed 30 times, including 16 times in singles and 14 in doubles, in her third season with the Raiders…served in the No. 1 doubles pair 10 times and four times as a single…earned two wins against Holy Family, once in No. 1 doubles and once in No. 1 singles.  
 
2016-17 (Sophomore): Competed 31 times in her second season with the Raiders, including 16 times in doubles and 15 times in singles…took to the court 13 times at No. 2 singles and at No. 1 doubles in dual meets…notched her first collegiate singles victory in three sets with a tournament win against a player from Daemen…contributed to pair of doubles victories against East Stroudsburg, including one in a No. 1 doubles match in a PSAC dual meet.
 
2015-16 (Freshman): Competed in 12 singles matches, second-most among Raiders, and in 13 doubles matches during her debut season with the squad…took to the court in eight times at No. 2 singles and once at No. 3 singles…served in the No. 1 doubles pairing three times in dual meets and six times in the No. 2 doubles pairing…contributed to an 8-0 victory in No. 1 doubles versus Cheyney and a 9-8 victory in No. 2 doubles versus Shenandoah.
 
Jim Thorpe High School: Earned four letters as a member of the Olympians under head coach Norbert Lienhard...played as a varsity player throughout four-year career...also played basketball.

About Binder: Full name is Gabrielle Marie Binder...is the daughter of Kevin and Sharon Binder...majoring in psychology while seeking a minor in gerontology...has a brother, Collin.
