Shippensburg University Athletics

2014-15 (Junior): Returned to the team in the spring after studying abroad during the fall…served as SU’s primary No. 2 singles performer and competed in No. 1 doubles on nine occasions…went 4-5 with Julia Saintz at No. 1 doubles…posted two singles victories, including one at No. 1 singles.
 
2013-14 (Sophomore): Took to the court in 18 matches in her second season with the Raiders…posted four victories, including twice at No. 1 singles, once at No. 2 singles and another in tournament play…worked with Julia Saintz as the team’s No. 1 doubles pairing.
 
2012-13 (Freshman): Finished with two singles victories, both coming in conference play…went 2-6 at the No. 2 singles spot…recorded two wins with a straight-set victory against Cheyney and a 6-3, 4-6, 10-6 triumph over East Stroudsburg…posted one win in doubles play…defeated Cheyney 8-0 with her partner Julia Saintz at the No. 1 doubles flight.
 
Hamburg Area High School: Earned six varsity letters competing for the Hawks under head coach Bill Tritt…played No. 1 singles and No. 1 doubles…advanced to districts…member of the National Honor Society.
 
About Buckley: Full name is Brittnee Elise Buckley…is the daughter of Rob and Lisa Buckley…majoring in Spanish while seeking minors in business and criminal justice…has a sister, Brooke.
