Biography
2007-08 (as a junior): Finished another strong season in sprint freestyle events while holding a 4.0 GPA…held the second-best team times in both the 50-yard free-style and the 100-yard freestyle…held the fifth-best team time in the 200-yard free-style with place at the PSAC Championships…also recorded the eighth-best team time in the 200-yard individual medley.
2006-07 (as a sophomore): Solidified her standing as one of Shippensburg’s best sprint freestyle swimmers, recording the second-fastest times in the 50 and 100 freestyle events…earned an eighth-place finish in the 50 freestyle at the PSAC Championships …also finished with the team’s third-fastest time in the 200 freestyle. Qualified for
the NCAA National Championships as a member of the school-record setting 400-medley relay team and also competed in the 50 and 100 freestyles… earned Honorable Mention All-American honors five times and ranks fifth and ninth respectively in school history in
the 50 and 100 freestyles.
2005-06 (as a freshman): Became one of the team’s top freestyle sprint swimmers…posted sixth-best time in school history in the 50 free at the 2005 Super Splash…time of 24:58 was also a personal best and an NCAA “B” cut time…swam with 200 free relay team that posted a season-best time of 1:38.44 at the 2005 Super Splash…
helped 200 free relay team to a fourth-place finish and the 200 medley team to a third-place finish at the PSAC Championships…400 free relay team placed sixth.
