2014-15 (Junior): Added four more individual and three more relay place-winning performances at the PSAC Championships during a strong third season with the team…achieved her first career individual All-PSAC finish, taking third in the 200-yard breaststroke, while placing sixth in both the 100-yard breaststroke and 400-yard IM and taking seventh in the 200-yard IM…contributed to a pair of sixth-place finishes in both the 400-yard medley relay and the 800-yard freestyle relay as well as a seventh-place turn in the 400-yard freestyle relay…served as the team’s pacesetter in both breaststroke and individual medley events…named PSAC Women’s Swimmer of the Week on January 27 after winning multiple events in a dual meet at Davis & Elkins…selected to the 2015 Capital One Academic All-District 2 ® Women's At-Large Team for Division II athletics…made research presentations at the Association for Psychological Science Conference through work in honors college.
 
2013-14 (Sophomore): Set four individual school records, contributed to seven PSAC place-winning performances (four individual, three relay) and established herself among the best swimmers in school history during her second season with the Raiders…finished the PSAC Championships weekend with fifth-place finishes in the 100 and 200 breaststroke and the 400 IM and a seventh-place finish in the 200 IM…through two years, has posted seven Top-10 finishes in PSAC Championship competition and holds school records in both breaststroke and individual medley events…established three of her individual school records at the league championship meet…finished with new personal bests in both breaststroke events and the 400 IM at the conference championships…set her new school record in the 200 IM at George Mason…had a hand in all three of SU’s championships-scoring freestyle relays, including a third-place, All-PSAC finish in the 200 freestyle relay...completed a 50 freestyle and 100 freestyle at the conference championships that ranks ninth and seventh all-time, respectively, in school history.
 
2012-13 (Freshman): Exceled in a variety of events for the Raiders in her debut season, breaking both school records in the breaststroke as a freshman and posting three individual Top-10 finishes at the conference championships…placed fourth in the 100 breaststroke with a school-record performance and seventh in the 200 breaststroke at the conference meet…finished ninth in the 100 butterfly at the conference meet…contributed to Top-5 relay finishes in all three freestyle relays and the 400 medley at the conference championships, including an All-PSAC turn on the 800 freestyle relay (finished third)…set her 200 breaststroke record with a personal best at the Bomber Invitational…achieved her personal best in the 200 butterfly in a dual meet at IUP…finished the season as SU’s pace-setter in both breaststroke and butterfly events.
 
Sherwood High School: Was a versatile swimmer for the Warriors …sectional qualifier in butterfly and breaststroke events…was a super sectional qualifier in the 200 breaststroke…served as a team captain as a senior…received her team’s Most Dedicated award as a sophomore…posted a career best in the 200 breast of 2:23.61…competed for the Rockville Montgomery Swim club for coach Sue Chen…served as the secretary of her high school’s chapter of the National Honor Society.
 
About Sargent: Full name is Rikki Hope Sargent…is the daughter of Mark and Gale Sargent…majoring in psychology while seeking in minor in disability studies as a member of the SU Honors Program…has a younger brother, Jonathan.
