2014-15 (Sophomore): Continued to work as a freestyle swimmer for the Raiders while also competing in individual medley swims…improved her PR in both the 400-yard IM and the 1,650-yard freestyle during the season with efforts achieved at George Mason’s Patriot Invitational…competed individually in the 400 IM, 500-yard freestyle, 1000-yard freestyle and 1,650-yard freestyle at the PSAC Championships.
2013-14 (Freshman): Emerged as a versatile swimmer for the Raiders in her debut season, specializing in distance freestyle events…represented the Raiders in the 1,000 and 1,650 freestyle and the 400 IM at the PSAC Championships…set personal bests in all three events at the conference championships…also competed in butterfly and breaststroke events during the season.
Daniel Boone High School: Earned four varsity letters as a Blazer.
About Garcia: Full name is Kaytee Breann Garcia…is the daughter of Karl and Hollee Garcia…has two siblings, Logan and Aimee…majoring in mathematics and seeking secondary teaching certification.
