Shippensburg University Athletics

2013-14 (Junior): Maintained her role as a freestyle swimmer for the Raiders in her third season with the team…also competed in breaststroke events during the season…established a new PR in the 50 freestyle at George Mason.
 
2012-13 (Sophomore): Continued to improve as a sprint freestyle swimmer for the Raiders in her second season…established new personal bests in the 50 freestyle at the Patriot Invitational and the 100 freestyle at the Bomber Invitational.
 
2011-12 (Freshman): Debuted for the Raiders…competed primarily in freestyle events…established PRs in the majority of her freestyle events in competition at the Patriot Invitational.
 
Central Columbia High School: Swam freestyle events for the Blue Jays…qualified for districts in all four of her varsity seasons...also competed at the club level with Central Columbia Aquatics Club under the guidance of Chuck LaCroix and Dave Rider…also played soccer and ran with the track team…amassed 11 varsity letters.
 
About Diltz:  Full name is Kate Breanne Diltz…is the daughter of Mike and Marla Diltz…majoring in psychology while seeking minors in coaching, exercise science and disability studies…has two siblings: Cole and Kelsey.
