2013 – 200 Medley (12th)
2013-14 (Junior): Competed as a freestyle swimmer for the Raiders during her third season with the team…also swam backstroke and butterfly events during the season.
2012-13 (Sophomore): Contributed to the 200 medley team for the Raiders at the PSAC Championships in her second season with the team…represented SU in the 50 freestyle, 100 backstroke and 200 backstroke at the conference meet…established both of her personal bests in the backstroke at the PSAC Championships.
2011-12 (Freshman): Became one of the team’s leading freestyle swimmers in her debut season with the Raiders, excelling in shorter distances…earned All-PSAC honors with a 2nd-place finish on the 200 freestyle relay…also contributed to the 400 medley relay that placed at the PSAC Championships…finished among the team’s Top 5 swimmers for the season in every freestyle event except for the mile…set the majority of her PRs at the Patriot Invitational.
Dallastown High School: Swam for the Wildcats under head coach Richard Howley…was a three-time PIAA state qualifier…thrived as a freshman, earning All-State and All-America honors along with the Shipley Award…christened as the Freshman Swimmer of the Year by the York Dispatch…established a 200-yard freestyle record at the Keystone Games for ages 15-16…broke pool records at Central York and Red Lion along with multiple records at her alma mater…won league team championships in all four of her varsity seasons…selected four times to the YAIAA All-Star squad …earned a YAIAA Academic All-League award as a senior…named a NISCA Academic All-American as a senior…graduated on the distinguished honor roll…competed at the club level with Wildcat Swim Club.
About Flinchbaugh: Full name is Jennifer Anne Flinchbaugh…is the daughter of Tom Flinchbaugh and Anne Azbill…majoring in mid-level education for grades 4-8, concentrating in math and science while seeking a minor in coaching…has a younger sister, Rebecca.
