2019 (Junior): Was one of just six players to appear in all 18 matches for the Raiders…earned 17 starts…recorded two assists on the Raiders home turf, one in a victory over Shepherd and one against East Stroudsburg…recorded 25 shots on the season, six of which were on goal…contributed to a defensive effort that allowed one goal or less in eight matches, including six shutouts.
 
2018 (Sophomore): Played in all 18 matches for the Raiders in her second season, making 11 starts as a midfielder…tallied eight shots on goal for the season…contributed to a defense that allowed one goal or less in nine matches, including four shutouts.
 
2017 (Freshman): Appeared in 11 matches as a reserve midfielder in her debut season…recorded two shots.
 
Palmyra High School: Earned four varsity letters for the Cougars under head coach Alanna Dunkle…served as a four-year starter and a two-year team captain…scored 21 career goals…tallied 17 career assists…selected to the All-Lebanon County First Team squad as a senior…twice named a Mid-Penn All Star…was a member of the National Honor Society and Distinguished Honor Roll, posting a cumulative GPA of 3.8…also played basketball, earning three varsity letters…played club soccer for PA Classics Academy under head coach Chris Colletti.

About Bowman: Full name is Mara Victoria Bowman…is the daughter of Marc and Kori Bowman… majoring in accounting…has a brother, Jared…father Marc is a 1995 SU graduate and mother Kori is a 1993 SU graduate.
