2012 (R-Sophomore): Led the Raiders with four goals and nine points in her second season on the field…played in 17 of 18 games, starting four…notched tallies against Slippery Rock, Mansfield, Mercyhurst and California (Pa.)…also had an assist in a win at PSAC Champion Slippery Rock…totaled 14 shots on goal.

2011 (R-Freshman): Proved to be a valuable offensive threat in her first season on the field for the Raiders…appeared in all but one game…despite starting just one game, managed to finish tied for second on the team with three goals as well as six points…all three goals were game-winners…recorded 22 shots, including 13 on goal…first career goal was the only goal of the game in a win at Charleston in the season opener…scored the lone goal in another 1-0 victory, against Mercyhurst…also scored against Mansfield…totaled multiple shots in a game seven different times, including a career-high four against Slippery Rock.

2010 (Freshman): Medical redshirt season.

West York High School: Four-year soccer letter winner at West York under head coach Brett Maxwell…finished high school career as school’s all-time leading scorer…paced the Bulldogs in goals in 2009 with 21 goals and in 2007 with 19 goals…led in assists in 2008…named a York County All-Star First Team selection in 2007 and 2009 and a honorable mention pick in 2008…also played for Penn Legacy club team and head coach Loren Good…paced Penn Legacy in goals scored for three seasons from 2005-2006 season to 2008-2009 campaign and had the most assists during the 2003-2004 season…named player of the year during the 2005-2006 season…also played basketball and volleyball at West York, lettering once in basketball.

Personal: Full name is Katelyn Dakota Zech…is the daughter of Jay and Penny Zech…majoring in early childhood elementary education for pre-kindergarten through grade 4…sister Ashley played four seasons of volleyball at West Chester from 2004-2007.
