Shippensburg University Athletics

2020 (Sophomore): Started all six games on attack before the season was cancelled due to the coronavirus pandemic…ranked second on the team with three assists, including one in each of the first three games of the season…scored three goals, including one in a conference victory at Lock Haven…collected six groundballs, including multiple groundballs in two games…fired seven shots on goal.
 
2019 (Freshman): Appeared in all 16 games for the Raiders during her debut season, serving as a forward off the bench…earned one start…totaled eight goals and five assists…scored a career-high two goals against Millersville and Edinboro…had at least one goal in six games…recorded eight groundballs and three caused turnovers.
 
Cocalico High School: Totaled three varsity letters in lacrosse for the Eagles under head coach Dave Powers…played club lacrosse with Xtreme under coach Lauren Caminiti…named a 2017 Lancaster-Lebanon (LL) League Honorable Mention All Star…played twice for the Central Pennsylvania delegation for the U.S. Lacrosse national team…also earned three varsity letters in field hockey…honored as team's Defensive MVP as a senior captain and as team's MVP as a freshman.

About Costanza: Full name is Sydney Elizabeth Costanza…is the daughter of Michael and Traci Costanza…majoring in communication/journalism, concentrating in electronic media…has a sister, Katelyn, who plays lacrosse at Lock Haven.
