Biography
2025 (Junior): Played in eleven total contests and made three starts as a defender…totaled eight groundballs and four caused turnovers…posted a season-best two caused turnovers at Kutztown…made first career start in a win at Bloomsburg (Apr. 12)… tallied a pair of groundballs in back-to-back outings against Bloomsburg and Kutztown (Apr. 19)…aided a SU defense that posted its first positive goal differential in thirteen years (+25).
2024 (Sophomore): Saw action in four games as a reserve defender.
2023 (Freshman): Appeared in six games as a freshman... picked up two groundballs and had two caused turnovers.
Glenelg High School: Totaled three varsity letters for the Gladiators…competed at the club level with CheckHers for coach Amy Featherstone…was an honor roll student.
About Coombs: Full name is Shawn Rose Coombs…is the daughter of Michael and Danielle Coombs…majoring in marketing with a management concentration…has a brother, Boomer.
