Shippensburg University Athletics

2013 (Junior): Became the third player in school history to earn three consecutive All-PSAC First Team selections and only the second defender in SU history to be named a three-time All-PSAC selection…started all 17 games…recorded a team-high 58 draw controls, good for the seventh highest total and the fifth highest average per game (3.41) in the PSAC…ranked second on the team with 41 ground balls, good for the 11th-best total and average per game (2.41) in the conference…totaled 13 caused turnovers (tied for fourth on the team)…also scored three goals.

2012 (Sophomore): Named to the All-PSAC First Team for the second consecutive year for her work as a defender…started all 17 games…tallied a team-high 37 groundballs in addition to recording 39 draw controls (second on the team) and 17 caused turnovers (tied for second on the team)…also scored four goals and two assists.

2011 (Freshman): Made an immediate impact with the team in her debut season with the Raiders… was one of just two freshmen in the entire league to receive All-PSAC First Team honors and the only Raider to be get First Team accolades…aggression led to success all over the field…scored four goals despite her role as a defender…dished out three assists…won 28 draw controls to rank third on the team…constantly marked the leading attackers of the opposing squad and still tied for the team lead with 12 caused turnovers…led all field players with 36 groundballs.

Century High School: Earned a total of eight varsity letters while playing lacrosse, soccer and basketball for the Knights of Century…named All Conference Second Team as a junior and an All Conference Honorable Mention as a senior…competed for coach Tori Leech and the Check-Hers Elite on the club circuit… was a member of National Honor Society…earned an Academic Letter, a Minds in Motion Award and was a straight-A honor roll student.

Personal: Full name is Elizabeth Ann French…is the daughter of Michael and Theresa French…majoring in accounting…has two siblings, Maggie and Maureen.
