2012 (Junior): Maintained her role as one of the team’s regular starting defenders in her third season…was one of nine players to start all 17 games…committed just 11 turnovers for the season while achieving seven caused turnovers…tallied 20 groundball pickups from the back lines…won four draw controls.

2011 (Sophomore): Was one of just six players to start all 16 games in her second season with the Raiders…became a vital regular on defense…picked up 17 groundballs…was among the team’s Top 5 with nine caused turnovers…won four draw controls.

2010 (Freshman): Played in six games as a freshman…registered one shot for the year…developed as a defender throughout the season.

Peters Township High School: Earned three varsity letters as a defender on the Indians lacrosse team…played for head coach Kim Eldridge…helped lead Peters Township to three consecutive WPIAL Division I championships from 2007-2009…served as a team captain as a senior…played in the Upper Atlantic National Tournament…played for the Intrepid Lacrosse club team and head coach Gary Neft…also participated in field hockey and ice hockey at Peters Township.

Personal: Full name is Jenna Louise Simmons…is the daughter of Scott and Jan Simmons…majoring in human communication studies…has two siblings, Jeremy and Luke.
