2022 (Freshman): Competed in all seven races for the Raiders in her debut season…served as the team’s No. 4 runner at the PSAC Championships with a 49th-place finish…represented the Raiders at the NCAA Atlantic Region Championships…paced the team’s competitors in the open race at the Paul Short Run…achieved a 6K season best of 24:15 at Lock Haven’s Go Fast River Run.
Track & Field
2023 Outdoor: Competed in four meets in her debut outdoor season…completed the 1,500 meters at York, the 3K at the Paul Kaiser Classic and the 5K twice, including a season best at Millersville.
2023 Indoor: Competed in two meets in her debut indoor season…completed the 3K at the Gulden Invitational and the 5K at the Plex Shootout.
Chambersburg Area Senior High School: Competed at the varsity level for the Trojans under head coach Chris Monheim…contributed to a squad that ran in the 2021 PIAA ‘AAA’ Championships as a senior…placed 42nd at the 2021 Mid-Penn Conference Championships as her team’s No. 6 runner.
About Alleman: Full name is Emilea Hope Alleman…is the daughter of Larry and Melissa Alleman…majoring in exercise science with a pre-athletic training concentration…has two sisters: Abrianna and Malaina, and a brother, Aiden.
