Biography
2013 (Junior): Played in all 17 games, including 11 starts…scored 10 goals and tallied four assists…had 10 games with at least one point…recorded a season-high three points (one goal, two assists) against Wheeling Jesuit…finished with 29 ground balls (tied for third on the team), 14 draw controls and 10 caused turnovers.
2012 (Sophomore): Played in 16 of the team’s 17 games during her second season…netted six goals and an assist for the Raiders…had points in five of the team’s first six games, including tallies against Seton Hill, Newberry, West Virginia Wesleyan, Wheeling Jesuit and Shepherd…also scored against Georgian Court…won 11 draw controls…recorded eight groundballs and four caused turnovers.
2011 (Freshman): Saw limited action as a freshman with the Raiders in her debut season…scored a hat trick in the season finale at Millersville…tallied a goal and an assist in a win at West Virginia Wesleyan…appeared in 10 games…started the contest against the Marauders…won eight draw controls…picked up six groundballs…recorded two caused turnovers.
Pottstown High School: Earned four letters for the Trojans under head coach Andrew Bachman…named an All-PAC 10 Second Team midfielder as a senior…was a regular in the midfield…also served as a cheerleader in high school…competed for club team Aftershock under coach Jennifer Medaglia, for which she was the team’s leading scorer.
Personal: Full name is Amanda Ashley Krok…is the daughter of John and Michelle Krok…majoring in geo-environmental studies and seeking a GIS letter of completion…has two siblings: John and Chase.
