Juniata Valley High School: Totaled eight varsity letters for the Hornets spanning cross country and track & field under coaches Krista McCrum, Delores Gahagan and Ruthie Hess…finished as a three-time Inner County Conference (ICC) MVP and Champion and a four-time ICC All Star…was a two-time PIAA ‘A’ State Championships qualifier, placing 26th overall as a junior and 36th overall as a senior…ran sixth at the PIAA District VI Championships as a senior and seventh as a junior…finished as a three-time ICC All Star in track & field…qualified for the PIAA State Championships in the 3,200 meters after a third-place finish in the event at the PIAA District VI Championships…won league titles in the 1,600 meters and 3,200 meters as a freshman, junior and senior…named the ICC MVP as a junior…selected as her school’s Outstanding Female Athlete at school’s senior awards function…received the U.S. Marine Corps Distinguished Athlete Award…recorded personal bests of 2:30 at 800 meters, 5:22 at 1,600 meters and 11:27 at 3,200 meters.
