2016 outdoors: Placed 7th in the 200m outdoor PSAC Championships… Set a new PR in the 100m dash in the opening meet at Richmond University... Anchored the 4x100 relay team, taking 4th at championships… Ran 3rd leg of the 4x400 relay team.
 
2016 indoors: Ran a Personal best for the 60m dash at the PSAC Championships in Edinboro… Placed 6th at the PSAC Championships in the 200m dash… Had a battle for the 1st place win of the 4x400 relay at the PSAC Championships.
 
2015 outdoors: Set a personal best in the 200m at our home Ship U invite… Anchored the 4x100 relay team… Ran 3rd leg of the 4x400 relay team taking 1st place at the outdoor championships at East Stroudsburg… Placed 3rd in the 4x100 at championships
 
2015 indoors: Set the new school record and PSAC conference record on the 4x400 relay team at the Boston University Hemery Valentine Invitational, also won the 4x400 at the PSAC meet… Placed 7th in the 200m dash at the PSAC Championships. 
 
Personal: Came from Pennridge High School. The daughter of Karen and Kevin Sheehan. She has a sister, Caitlin Sheehan, who also attended Shippensburg University and played for the Lady Raiders soccer team. Caitlin is credited for having the first and game winning goal for the raiders soccer team ever in the conference championship tournament. Lindsay is an Exercise Science major with a Biology minor, focusing on Pre-physical therapy.
