2010-11 (Junior): Achieved four PSAC place-winning performances and contributed to a school record in her third season with the Raiders…placed fourth as a member of the 4x100-meter relay squad that competed at the PSAC outdoor championships and set a new outdoor school record…also placed sixth in the 100 meters and sixth in the triple jump at the PSAC outdoor meet to cap off a splendid outdoor season…achieved a new outdoor PR in the long jump at the Larry Ellis Invitational from Princeton University…set a new outdoor PR in the 100 meters during prelims at the PSAC Championships…established a new indoor PR in the 60 meters during prelims at the PSAC Championships…qualified for the long jump at the PSAC indoor and outdoor championship meets.
2009-10 (Sophomore): Continued solid work as a jumper for the Lady Raiders in her second season…placed sixth in the triple jump at the PSAC indoor meet and seventh at the PSAC outdoor meet…tied for fifth place in the long jump at the PSAC outdoor meet…provisionally qualified for the triple jump during the indoor season.
2008-09 (Freshman): Thrived as a jumper and also ran sprints during her first season with the Lady Raider track and field program…competed at the outdoor national meet as a qualifier in the long jump…finished as a runner-up in the conference indoor meet for the long jump, earning All-PSAC honors…placed fifth in the triple jump and sixth in the long jump at the PSAC outdoor meet…provisionally qualified for the indoor national meet in the long jump…ran the 55 and 100 meter dashes.
Shikellamy High School: Earned three letters with the Braves under the direction of coach Bob Cole.
Personal: Full name is Lauren Michelle Redington…is the daughter of Lawrence and Barbara Redington…majoring in biology and seeking a minor in chemistry.
