2022 Outdoor: Scored in a pair of mid-distance events at the PSAC Outdoor Championships…posted a seventh-place finish in the 800 meters…ran a time of 2:15.04 in prelims that shattered her personal best and resulted in a USTFCCCA All-Region classification…notched an All-PSAC third-place finish in the 1,500 meters with a new personal best of 4:42.08…established a new 3K personal best at the Midweek Invitational…competed in six meets.
 
2022 Indoor: Achieved multiple scoring performances at the conference championships for the first time in her collegiate career…finished eighth in both the 800 meters and the mile at the PSAC Indoor Championships…recorded a new personal best in the mile at the PSAC Indoor Championships…contributed to an All-PSAC third-place finish with the distance medley relay at the PSAC Indoor Championships…competed in six meets.
 
2021 Outdoor: Recorded her first career All-PSAC finish in track & field during her second full outdoor season…posted a third-place finish in the 1,500 meters with a PR at the PSAC Championships…narrowly missed a scoring performance in the 800 meters with a ninth-place finish and another PR at the PSAC Championships…named to the CoSIDA Division II Academic All-District 2 ® Track & Field Team for her combined efforts as a runner and in the classroom…competed in six meets.

2020 Indoor: Contributed to a pair of scoring relays at the PSAC Championships…ran on the fifth-place 4x800-meter relay and the fifth-place distance medley relay…represented the Raiders in the open 800 meters at the PSAC Championships…achieved a PR in the 800 (2:21.38) at VMI…participated in four meets during the season.
 
2019 Outdoor: Contributed to a scoring relay at the PSAC Championships in her debut season…ran a leg of the eighth-place 4x800-meter relay at the PSAC Championships…represented the Raiders in the 800 meters at the PSAC Championships…achieved a season best in the 800 meters at the Paul Kaiser Classic…competed in three meets.
 
2019 Indoor: Served as a mid-distance runner in her debut season… ran a leg of the eighth-place 4x800-meter relay at the PSAC Championships …achieved a season best in the 800 meters at the Bison Open (Bucknell) and in the mile at the VMI Relays…competed in four meets.

2021 (Junior): Served as the team’s primary top scorer and competed in all six races during her fourth year as a Raider…earned her second consecutive All-PSAC First Team classification with a 14th-place finish at the PSAC Championships as the team’s No. 1 runner…registered her first USTFCCCA All-Atlantic Region classification with a 16th-place finish at the Atlantic Region Championships as the team’s No. 1 runner…served as the team’s No. 1 runner in 5-of-6 races, including a second-place finish at the Dickinson Short Invitational and a 53rd-place finish in the Brown race at the Paul Short Invitational…received a USTFCCCA All-Academic designation.
 
2020 (Junior): Maintained an integral role as a scoring runner for the Raiders in her third season…achieved an All-PSAC First Team classification with a 15th-place finish at the PSAC Championships as the team’s No. 1 scoring runner…served as the team’s No. 2 runner at the SU Invite with a second-place finish…named to the CoSIDA Division II Academic All-District 2 ® Track & Field Team for her combined efforts as a runner and in the classroom…competed in two of the team’s three meets during an abbreviated season held in 2021 because of the COVID-19 pandemic.
 
2019 (Sophomore): Made a big impact in her second season with the Raiders…posted an All-PSAC Second Team finish at the PSAC Championships, running 29th in 23:44 to improve her finish by 76 places and her time by nearly four full minutes from her 2018 debut…narrowly missed out on an All-Region performance, placing 28th at the Atlantic Region Championships in 22:42…served as the team’s No. 2 runner in the final five races of the season…received a USTFCCCA All-Academic designation.
 
2018 (Freshman): Ran in six races for the Raiders in her debut season…achieved a 6K personal best in the open race at the Paul Short Run with a time of 25:10…represented the Raiders at the PSAC Championships, serving as the No. 9 runner…posted Top 50 finishes in her first three races of the season.
 
Northern York High School: Totaled four varsity letters in track & field for the Polar Bears under head coach David Ramsey…qualified for the PIAA State Championships in the 800 meters as a junior…reached the district championships as a sophomore, junior and senior in the 800 meters…amassed nine varsity letters total, also competing in field hockey and basketball…named to the Mid-Penn Conference First Team All Star squad as a senior in field hockey and Second Team All Star squad as a senior in basketball…selected to the distinguished honor roll…was a member of the National Honor Society.

Seeking her master’s degree in organizational development & leadership with a concentration in higher education structure & policy after earning her bachelor’s degree in exercise science with an allied health pre-professional concentration and a minor in coaching from Shippensburg in May 2022…has a sister, Candace ’19…is a relative of three-time SU All-American wrestler Mark Murphy ’07.
