2023 (R-Freshman): Competed in four meets…qualified for the PSAC Championships in the mile and 3K…ran the mile three times (PR of 5:10.35) and the 3K once (season best of 10:41.14)…contributed the opening leg to the DMR that scored at the conference meet…also contributed to a 4x800-meter relay during the season.
 
2022 (Freshman): Redshirt season.

2024 (R-Sophomore): Competed in six meets…qualified for the PSAC Championships in the 800, 1,500 and 5K…ran the 800 meters five times when including prelims at the conference meet (season best of 2:20.10), the 1,500 four times (season best of 4:43.50) and the 5K twice (PR of 18:10.31).
 
2023 (R-Freshman): Competed in five meets…qualified for the PSAC Championships in the 800, 1,500 and 5K…ran the 800 meters twice (season best of 2:19.87), the 1,500 meters three times (PR of 4:41.97 at the PSAC Championships), the 3K once (season best of 10:27.95) and the 5K twice (season best of 18:17.73).

Penns Valley High School: Totaled seven varsity letters spanning cross country and track & field for the Rams under coaches Lynda Federinko and Garrett Milner…was a PIAA state qualifier after all seven of her varsity seasons…finished as a two-time PIAA ‘A’ Cross Country Championships state medalist, placing seventh in 2020 and 24th in 2018…recorded four PIAA District VI Cross Country Championships medals, including a second-place finish as a senior…named three times as a Mountain League MVP for cross country...tallied four District VI Championships medals in the 1,600 meters, including three second-place finishes…served as a Mountain League pacesetter for three years in the 1,600 meters and for two years in the 3,200 meters…received an award from the Centre County Chapter of the PA Sports Hall of Fame…contributed to a team that won the 2020 PIAA Class ‘A’ State Championship and the 2020 PIAA District VI Class A Championship in addition to four Mountain League Championships…ranked among the Top 5 percent of her graduating class as a member of the distinguished honor roll…was a member of the National Honor Society.
