PSAC Championships Competition:
2021 Outdoor – 3K Steeplechase (15th)
2021 Outdoor: Debuted as an outdoor track & field runner…represented the Raiders in the 3,000-meter steeplechase with a season best at the PSAC Championships…posted a season best in the 1,500 meters at Millersville…competed in five meets.
2021 Indoor: No season due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
2020 Outdoor: No season due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
2020 Indoor: Did not compete.

2020 (Junior): Competed in one race during an abbreviated season held in 2021 because of the COVID-19 pandemic…posted a Top 25 finish at the SU Invite.
2019 (Sophomore): Ran in five races for the Raiders in her second season…represented the Raiders at the PSAC Championships, serving as the No. 8 runner…was a scorer in two meets, serving as the No. 5 runner at the Piper Alumni Challenge and the Paul Short Run…achieved a season-best 6K at the Paul Short Run.
2018 (Freshman): Ran in six races for the Raiders in her debut season, including five times at 6K…represented the Raiders in the PSAC Championships, Atlantic Region Championships and NCAA National Championships…served as the No. 7 runner in the final two postseason races…achieved a 6K personal best in her debut competition at the distance, running 24:45 in a 31st-place finish at Edinboro’s Doug Watts Invitational…was the team’s No. 2 scoring runner in the Dickinson Long Invitational, finishing 14th overall…received a USTFCCCA All-Academic designation.
Lake-Lehman High School: Earned eight varsity letters in cross country and track and field for the Black Knights under coach John Sobocinski…totaled 10 district medals in track, including four in the 1,600-meter run and four with her school’s 4x800-meter relay…won two state medals and three district championships with her school’s 4x800-meter relay... holds the school record of 9:36.22 with her 2016 4x800-meter relay team…also nabbed district medals in the 3,200 meters and with her school’s 4x400-meter relay…finished as a four-time district medalist, state qualifier and Wyoming Valley Conference Coaches Association All Star in cross country…named a four-time Citizen’s Voice All Star and Times Leader All Star in both cross country and track and field…achieved PRs of 5:18 at 1,600 meters, 12:17 at 3,200 meters and 20:13 in 5K…ranked third in her graduating class with a 4.32 GPA…was a member of the Principal’s Honor Roll and the National Honor Society…named a U.S. Army National Scholar-Athlete.
