2010-11 (Sophomore): Continued to run distance for the Raiders in her second season…qualified for the PSAC outdoor championships in the 1,500 meters and 3K…also qualified for the PSAC indoor championships in the 800 meters…set a new outdoor PR in the 800 meters at the Fred Hardy Invitational and in the 1,500 meters at the Lafayette 7-Way Meet…achieved a new outdoor PR in the 3K at the Paul Kaiser Classic from Seth Grove Stadium…recorded her indoor PR in the 800 meters at the Susquehanna Invitational.
2009-10 (Freshman): Served as a distance runner in her debut season with the Raiders…set numerous indoor PRs…established her indoor PR in the mile at the Bison Open and her indoor PR in the 3K at the Bucknell Winter Classic…set her indoor PR in the 5K at the Susquehanna Invitational...hit outdoor season PRs in the 1,500 meters and 3K at the Paul Kaiser Classic from Seth Grove Stadium.
Milton High School: Earned eight varsity letters for the Panthers under her father, coach Scott Shuck…helped her 4x800-meter relay placed third at the PIAA state meet with a school record…recorded a PR of 11:31 in the 3,200 meters.
Personal: Full name is Heidi Danielle Shuck…is the daughter of Scott and Kim Shuck…majoring in human communications studies…has a sister, Ashley.
