Eastern Lebanon County High School: Totaled 12 varsity letters (four indoor, four outdoor) for the Raiders under coaches Robert Miller and Holly Hartman…competed at the club level for Vaultworx under coach Matt Concannon…placed seventh at the PIAA State Championships (AAA)…two-time District 3 runner-up…a member of the National Honor Society…also lettered in soccer.
About Bender: Full name is Carissa Rose Bender…is the daughter of Shawn and Jacqueline Bender…has two siblings, Sierra and Zachary...majoring in exercise science with a allied health pre-professional concentration while seeking a minor in coaching.
