2010-11 (Sophomore): Achieved three PSAC placewinning performances in her second year with the team…contributed to another 4x800-meter relay championship at the PSAC indoor meet…placed sixth in the mile at the PSAC indoor meet and eighth in the 800 meters at the PSAC outdoor meet…established her new outdoor PR in the 800 at the Lafayette 7-Way Meet…set a new outdoor PR in the 1500 at Richmond’s Fred Hardy Invite…achieved hew new indoor PR in the mile at the PSAC Championships.
2009-10 (Freshman): Served as a valuable 800 runner for the Lady Raiders in her debut season…contributed to the PSAC indoor championship in the 4x800-meter relay…placed eighth individually at the PSAC indoor meet…frequently competed in the mile.
Downingtown East High School: Earned 11 varsity letters for the Cougars under coaches George Read and Pete Ramsay...totaled six state medals between indoor and outdoor track…recorded splits of 59.3 in the 400 and 2:14 in the 800.
Personal: Full name is Ashley Lynne Fornshell…is the daughter of William Todd Fornshell and Donna Yannelli…majoring in marketing.
