2012-13 (Junior): Contributed to the conference place-winning indoor 4x800-meter relay in her third season with the team…ran a leg on the third-place squad at the PSAC Indoor Championships…qualified for the open 800 meters at the PSAC Indoor Championships…achieved an indoor season best in the 800 meters at Susquehanna…competed in four races during the cross country season.

2011-12 (Sophomore): Managed numerous PRs with the Raiders in her second season…thrived during the indoor season with three PSAC place-winning performances…finished fifth in the mile and seventh in the 800 meters…earned USTFCCCA All-Region honors for her personal best in the mile…contributed to the 4x800-meter relay squad that placed third indoors…established her new indoor personal best in the 800 meters at Susquehanna.

2010-11 (Freshman): Debuted with the Raiders as a mid-distance and distance runner…qualified for the PSAC indoor championships in the mile and 3K and the PSAC outdoor championships in the 1,500 meters and the 3K…achieved her indoor PR in the mile at the PSAC Championships…established her indoor PR in the 3K at the Bucknell Heptagonal…set her outdoor PR in the 1,500 meters at the Paul Kaiser Classic from Seth Grove Stadium…achieved her outdoor PR in the 3K at the Fred Hardy Invitational.

Notre Dame-Green Pond High School: Earned eight varsity letters, four with the cross country squad and four with the track and field team, under coach Art Corrigan…thrived in the 1,600 and 3,200 meters while earning Colonial League titles in the 800, 1,600 and 4x4 relay as a senior…was a District XI ‘AA’ runner up and a PIAA medalist in the 3,200 meters as a senior…set a district record (5:08) in the 1,600 and won the District XI title…won six Colonial League titles and three District XI titles…qualified three times for the state cross country meet, placing 27th as a sophomore and 35th as a freshman…her cross country teams won a district title and a Colonial league title…also competed for the United Stars track club under coach Ken Abney.

Personal: Full name is Allison Nicole Constant…is the daughter of David and Anne Constant…majoring in mathematics…has two siblings: Rachel and Mason.
