2021 (R-Junior): Was not a member of the team.
2020 (R-Junior): Competed in one of the team’s three races during an abbreviated season held in 2021 because of the COVID-19 pandemic…posted a 30th-place finish as the team’s No. 5 runner at Lock Haven’s Winter Invite.
2019 (Junior): Redshirt season…attended Shippensburg University.
2018 (Sophomore): Consistently served as a top runner for Southern Maine in her second season…earned All-Little East Conference (LEC) honors by finishing ninth at the conference-championship meet…paced her team at the regional championships with a time of 24:12, marking an improvement of more than 100 places from her debut season...named the LEC Runner of the Week in mid-September after winning the Endicott College Invitational…established a new 6K personal best of 24:02 at the Maine State Meet Invitational…selected as a LEC All-Academic Team selection and a William B. Wise Scholar-Athlete.
2017 (Freshman): Emerged as a scoring runner in her debut season at Southern Maine…finished 23rd at the LEC Championships and represented the Huskies at the regional championships…competed four times at 5K and twice at 6K…ran a season-best 5K of 20:34 at UMass Dartmouth and a season-best 6K of 24:59 at the regional championships…recognized as a William B. Wise Scholar-Athlete and with a LEC All-Academic Team selection.

2019 Outdoor: Competed in five meets in her second season at Southern Maine…placed fourth in the 5,000 meters at the New England Alliance Outdoor Championships with a season-best time of 19:17…contributed to a 4x800-meter relay that placed fifth at the New England Alliance Outdoor Championships…finished ninth in the 1,500 meters at the New England Alliance Outdoor Championships…delivered a season best in the 1,500 meters at Bates…ran on a 4x800-meter relay that competed at the Division III New England Outdoor Championships.
2019 Indoor: Competed in four meets in her second season at Southern Maine…focused on the 3,000 meters, completing the event three times…ran a season best in the 3,000 meters of 10:53.54 at Boston.
2018 Outdoor: Competed in six meets in her debut season at Southern Maine…completed the 1,500 meters and the 3,000-meter steeplechase on two occasions…placed fourth in the 3,000-meter steeplechase at the New England Alliance Outdoor Championships with a time of 13:29.16…achieved her season best in the steeplechase at Elizabeth City State.
2018 Indoor: Competed at seven meets in her debut season at Southern Maine, primarily in the mile and the 5,000 meters…placed 10th in the 5,000 meters with a season best of 20:35 at the New England Alliance Indoor Track & Field Championship.
Saint Dominic Academy: Amassed eight varsity letters spanning track & field and cross country for the Saints…was a three-time Top 15 finisher at the state cross country championships…earned three All-Conference and All-Region classifications in cross country…finished as a four-time outdoor track state qualifier and one-time indoor track state qualifier…recognized as a four-time All-Conference performer in outdoor track & field…was a three-year member of the National Honor Society and a four-year honor roll student…graduated fourth in her senior class…also earned a varsity letter in soccer.
About Sirois: Full name is Sydney Ross Sirois…is the daughter of Christopher and Lorrie Sirois...majoring in exercise science with an allied health pre-professional concentration…has two brothers: Tyler and Cameron, and a sister, Molly.
