• 2019 USTFCCCA All-Academic Athlete
2020 (Junior): Did not compete during an abbreviated season held in 2021 because of the COVID-19 pandemic.
2019 (Sophomore): Competed in the final three races to cap her second season with the Raiders…served as the team’s No. 5 scoring runner at the NCAA Atlantic Region Championships and at the Bloomsburg University Invitational…was the team’s No. 7 runner at the PSAC Championships…ran a 6K PR at the NCAA Atlantic Region Championships…received a USTFCCCA All-Academic designation…participated in three meets.
2018 (Freshman): Ran in four races during her debut season with the Raiders…debuted as the team’s No. 8 runner in the 4K season opener…achieved her season-best 6K time of 24:56 with a Top 35 finish in the Doug Watts Invitational at Edinboro.

2021 Outdoor: Continued to perform in distance events for the Raiders…achieved season bests in the 800 meters and in the 1,500 meters at the Mid-Week Collegiate Invitational…competed in four meets.
2021 Indoor: No season due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
2020 Outdoor: No season due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
2020 Indoor: Represented the Raiders in mid-distance competition, primarily the 800 meters and mile, in her second season…ran a PR in the 800 meters at Bucknell’s Gulden Invitational and in the mile at VMI…participated in three meets.
2019 Outdoor: Ran on the eighth-place 4x800-meter relay at the PSAC Championships to cap her debut season…represented the Raiders in the 1,500 meters at the PSAC Championships…achieved her PR in the 800 meters at the Paul Kaiser Classic and in the 1,500 meters at the PSAC Championships…participated in five meets.
2019 Indoor: Contributed to an eighth-place finish in the 4x800-meter relay in her only competition of her debut season.
Ephrata High School: Earned 12 varsity letters for the Mountaineers while competing in cross country, swimming, and track and field…coached in cross country by Mike Hershberger and in track & field by John Keller…set school records in the indoor and outdoor 800 meters and outdoors with a 4x800-meter relay squad…achieved a PR at 800 meters of 2:18.3…qualified for the PIAA State Championships in 2016 and 2017…earned Lancaster-Lebanon (LL) League Second Team All Star honors in cross country in 2015 and 2016…was a four-year Scholar Athlete and four-year member of the honor roll.
About Morgan: Full name is Sydney Grace Morgan…is the daughter of Dave and Tina Morgan…majoring in biology, concentrating in pre-med, while seeking minors in chemistry and exercise science…has a brother, Nick, and a sister, Ava.
