Biography

2013 (Sophomore): Lilley ran for the Hawks of Hagerstown C.C. at the junior college level. She was the No. 1 runner on Hagerstown’s second consecutive NJCAA Women’s Cross Country Regional Championship team, winning the individual regional championship with a 5K time of 19:45. At the NJCAA National Championships she was her team’s No. 1 runner, finishing 91st overall in 20:23. Among her regular-season races included runs at Dickinson and Hood. In track competition, Lilley competed at the NJCAA Indoor National Championships on the distance medley relay and at the NJCAA Outdoor National Championships in the 5K and 10K. She placed 11th overall in the 10K.
 
2012 (Freshman): Lilley ran for the Hawks of Hagerstown C.C. at the junior college level. She finished third overall in the NJCAA Regional Cross Country Championships with a 5K time of 22:47 and contributed to a team championship. At the NJCAA National Championships, Lilley finished as the team’s No. 3 runner among the Top 200 finishers.  
 
Williamsport High School: Lilley competed in cross country for the Wildcats under head coaches Randy Buchman and Teresa Weaver. She won the 2011-12 Sportsmanship Award for her sport.
 
Personal: Rachel Reagan Lilley is the daughter of Robert and Diane Lilly. She is majoring in psychology. She has a brother, Michael, who was a member of Appalachian State’s 2010 and 2012 Southern Conference Cross Country Championship Teams.
