6K PR: 24:17.7 (Nov. 6, 2021, NCAA Atl. Reg. Championships, Lock Haven)
 
2022 (Sophomore): Ran in five races in her first season at Shippensburg…achieved a season best in the 6K at the Paul Short Run.
 
2021 (Freshman): Competed in five races in her debut season at West Chester…served as her team’s No. 4 runner at the PSAC Championships and at the NCAA Atlantic Region Championships…established a 6K PR of 24:17.7 at the Atlantic Region Championships…posted Top 20 finishes at the Bloomsburg Open and the NJAIA/Osprey Open.

2023 Outdoor: Competed in two meets in her first season at Shippensburg…ran the 800 meters at both meets, achieving a season best at Lynchburg.
 
2023 Indoor: Competed in two meets in her first season at Shippensburg…ran the 800 meters at both meets, achieving a season best at the Plex Shootout.
 
2022 Outdoor: Competed in four meets in her debut season at West Chester…ran the 1,500 meters on two occasions, setting a season best at the Golden Ram Invitational…completed the 800 meters at the WCU Quad Invitational and the 5K at the Paul Kaiser Classic.
 
2022 Indoor: Competed in two meets in her debut season at West Chester…ran the 800 meters at the Fastrack National Invite and the mile at the DeSchriver Invitational.
 
Red Lion High School: Totaled eight varsity letters spanning cross country and track & field for the Lions under coaches Matt Dennish and Nate Setter…served as a consistent scoring runner in cross country…specialized in the 800 meters and 1,500 meters in track & field…was a four-year member of the Distinguished Honor Roll…was a member of the Mini Thon club.
