2009 (R-Sophomore): In her second full season with the Lady Raider cross country squad, Frey primarily served as the team's No. 4 runner, finishing in 18th place at the PSAC meet, 25th at the regional meet and 128th at the national championships. It was the second straight season that Frey earned All-PSAC honors. She was busy once again, competing in seven meets overall during the season. After a fourth-place finish in the season-opening Alumni 4K as SU’s No. 3 runner, Frey finished 10th at the 6K Mountaineer Invitational as the team’s No. 2 runner. Frey was once again the team’s No. 2 runner at Gettysburg with an 11th-place finish. Her best 6K time of the season was a finish in 22;36 at the Paul Short Invitational and her time at the regional meet was just two seconds off this mark. She was also selected to the 2009 USTFCCCA Cross Country All-Academic squad.

2008 (R-Freshman):
Frey had an outstanding season in her first full year of competition with the cross country team. She started off well with a sixth-place finish at the team’s Alumni Open and proceeded to get stronger as the season progressed, ranking as the team’s fourth-fastest finisher in six events during the season. Frey earned All-PSAC honors with an 18th-place finish in a personal-best time of 22:08 at the conference meet and came just one place short of regional honors after closing strong at the NCAA Atlantic Regional. At the NCAA Division II Championships, Frey earned 80th-place in the snow with a time of 23:31.

2007 (Freshman):
Frey completed a redshirt season but ran the Alumni Open in 16:34 and finished the 5K NYU Invitational in 22:46. During track season, Frey emerged as a dangerous runner, setting a strong personal best time of 18:04.48 in the 5,000-meters at the Bison Outdoor Classic. That effort was the seventh-best in the PSAC during the season. Her 3K personal best came in 10:24 at the PSAC Outdoor Championships where she placed third. Frey also won the 1500-meter event at the Lynchburg Invitational in 4:51.

Thomas Jefferson High School: Frey did not run cross country in high school but recorded personal track records of 5:40 in the 1600-meters and 12:10 in the 3200-meters. She was also a member of the women’s soccer team.
