2011 (Junior): Redshirt season.
2010 (Sophomore): Shuck ran in four races her sophomore season, including a PR at the Alumni Invitational 4K with a 16:39 to kick off the season. She ran in three 6Ks the rest of the year, with her best finish a 25:11 at the Gettysburg Invitational. In track competition, Shuck was a PSAC outdoor qualifier in the 1,500 and 3,000 meters.
2009 (Freshman): Shuck competed in four events for the Lady Raiders in her debut season. She achieved a time of 17:00 in the season-opening Alumni 4K meet to finish as the team’s No. 10 runner. At the 6K Mountaineer Invitational, Shuck was Shippensburg’s No. 7 runner with a season-best time of 25:02. Shuck also served as the No. 3 runner at the Battle for the Buggy with a 20th-place finish overall.
Milton High School: With her father as her primary coach, Shuck earned eight varsity letters and achieved a PR of 11:31 in the 4x800-meter relay. She was an integral member of a 4x800-meter relay squad that finished third at the PIAA ‘AA’ Championships.
Personal: Heidi Danielle Shuck is the daughter of Scott and Kim Shuck. Her major is psychology. Shuck has a sister, Ashley.
