Biography
2009 (Freshman): Lash made her collegiate debut with the Griffins of Seton Hill. She placed 74th at the NCAA Division II Atlantic Regional Championships with a time of 24:01 and earned All-WVIAC Second Team honors with an 11th-place finish at the WVIAC Cross Country Championships. Lash was named the WVIAC Runner of the Week in September after winning the SHU Griffin Classic with a course-record time of 20:13.
Greensburg Central Catholic: Lash excelled for the Centurions under coach Muzzy Colosimo and won a WPIAL ‘AA’ championship in the 1,600 meters. She earned PIAA medals in the 800 and the 4x800-meter relay and also played soccer.
Personal: Hannah Catherine Lash is the daughter of Richard and Doreen Lash. She plans to major in geoenvironmental studies. She has two sisters: Amie and Emily.
