Biography
Erica is in her first season with cross country; she will compete in track & field for her fourth and final season of eligibility in 2019.
Greencastle-Antrim High School: Earned four varsity letters competing for the Blue Devils under head coach Devin McCauley…competed at the district championships as a senior in the high jump, triple jump and 100-meter high hurdles…served as class treasurer…graduated summa cum laude with honors.
Personal: Full name is Erica Kathleen Helm…is the daughter of Michele and John Helm…majoring in exercise science, while seeking minors in biology and coaching…has four siblings, Collin Sanders, Allisa Sanders, Rachael Bowman and John Helm.
