Lower Dauphin High School: Reese totaled five varsity letters for the Falcons under head coach John Butler. She ran varsity as a freshman and was a member of a team that qualified for the state championships. In 2013, Reese was an All Mid-Penn Conference selection.

Personal: Caitlyn Marie Reese the daughter of Jeff and Dawn Reese. She is majoring in sociology. She has three sisters, Emily, Jillian, and Lindsay.
