2012 (Junior): Emerged as a valuable infielder at the hot corner in her third season with the team…started 27 games at third base and appeared in eight others…totaled three hits…had a pinch-hit single against Lock Haven in the PSAC Tournament opener.

2011 (Sophomore): Increased her role with the Raiders as a valuable infielder in her second season with the team…appeared in 23 games…made 19 starts, 16 of which were at shortstop…started two of the team’s conference tournament games…doubled off IUP ace Erin Holloway in the PSAC Tournament…drew 10 walks en route to a .322 on-base percentage…collected three RBIs…scored six runs.

2010 (Freshman): Appeared in 11 games for the Raiders during her debut season with the team…played nine games at shortstop…was the only SU player to collect a hit in a pinch-hitting appearance during the season…scored three runs…drew two walks…had one sacrifice…committed just two errors in 20 fielding chances…named a NFCA Scholar-Athlete.

Dallastown Area High School: Earned three letters under head coach Jeff Deardorff…finished career with a .420 batting average, .690 on-base percentage, 269 hits and 195 runs batted-in…paced the Wildcats in homeruns during her sophomore, junior and senior seasons and earned team MVP honors each season…named an All-County First Team All Star at shortstop during senior year…named All-County Second Team at shortstop as a junior…competed for York Shockwaves on the club circuit…led the Shockwaves in homeruns…also played basketball at Dallastown.

Personal: Full name is Jennifer Ashley Deardorff…is the daughter of Jeff and Jane Deardorff…has three sisters in Angela, Katie and Holly…majoring in biology.
