Courtney Steele will serve as a volunteer assistant coach for the Lady Raiders this season. Steele graduated in December 2011 with a degree in elementary education and a minor in early childhood development. She is currently working as a substitute teacher in the Chambersburg Area school district.
As a player, Steele was a two-time All-PSAC Second Team selection who ranks second in school history with 28 career home runs. Overall, in 165 career starts, Steele compiled a .358 batting average with 113 RBIs, 28 doubles, 59 runs and a .588 slugging percentage.
