2009-10 (Junior): Continued his work as a thrower for the Raiders in his third season…placed eighth at the PSAC indoor meet in the shot put and the weight throw…set a new PR in the hammer throw…competed at the PSAC outdoor meet in the shot put.
2008-09 (Sophomore): Maintained his proficiency in the shot put with two more scoring performances at the PSAC meets…finished fifth at the indoor meet and fourth at the outdoor meet and also competed in other throwing events during the year.
2007-08 (Freshman): Made a strong impression during his debut season with the Red Raider track and field program…placed eighth in the shot put at the PSAC indoor meet and sixth in the shot put at the PSAC outdoor meet.
Chambersburg Area Senior High School: Earned five letters with the Trojans under coach Roger Coleman…also played football.
Personal: Full name is Tappah Oliver Dinnall Jr.…is the son of Tappah Oliver Dinnall Sr. and Bonnie Dinnall…majoring in political science while seeking a minor in criminal justice.
