2012-13 (Sophomore): Qualified for the NCAA Outdoor Championships in his second season with the Raiders…finished 13th in the 1500 meters at nationals after running 11th in prelims…named to the 2013 Capital One Academic All-District Division II Track & Field/Cross Country Team…received a 2012-13 PSAC Winter Top 10 Award Winner and USTFCCCA All-Academic honors after contributing to a PSAC indoor championship with the distance medley relay (DMR) and individually placing in both the mile (2nd) and 3K (7th)…established both his NCAA qualifier in the 1500 meters and his outdoor 800-meter best at the Bison outdoor Classic…posted a NCAA provisional qualifying time indoors with SU’s DMR…achieved his indoor 3K personal best at the Bucknell Winter Classic…served as SU’s No. 2 cross country runner at the 2012 NCAA Division II Atlantic Region Championships and competed in six races for the Raiders during the season.

2011-12 (Freshman): Made an immediate impact with the Raiders as a mid-distance and distance runner…placed fourth in the mile and seventh in the 3K at the PSAC indoor championships and fifth in the 1,500 meters at the PSAC outdoor championships…established his indoor personal best in the mile at the New Balance Collegiate Invitational and his indoor personal best in the 3K at Bucknell…notched his outdoor personal best in the 1,500 meters at the Paul Kaiser Classic.

Winters Mill High School: Earned 11 varsity letters between cross country and track for the Falcons under head coach Daniel Replogle…was a Maryland state champion in the 1,600 meters as a senior and won two AA state titles in the 3,200-meter relay…set PRs of 1:55 in the 800 meters, 4:16 in the 1,600 meters and 9:47 in the 3,200 meters…also received a Scholar-Athlete award.
