2010-11 (Junior): Set several PRs in his third season with the Raiders…qualified for the PSAC indoor championships in the 60-meter hurdles and the PSAC outdoor championships in the 110 and 400-meter hurdles…established new outdoor PRs in both hurdle events at the PSAC Championships…recorded his indoor hurdles PR at the Bucknell Winter Classic…performed well in the 60 and 200 meters during indoor meets at Bucknell.
2009-10 (Sophomore): Continued his work as a hurdler with the Raiders in his second season…qualified for the PSAC outdoor championships in the 110-meter hurdles and the PSAC indoor championships in the 60-meter hurdles…set outdoor PRs at the Lynchburg Invitational and the Bison Outdoor Classic.
2008-09 (Freshman): Qualified for the PSAC outdoor championships in the 400-meter intermediate hurdles and the PSAC indoor championships in the 55-meter hurdles during his debut season with the Raiders…placed 10th at the PSAC indoor meet.
Upper Darby High School: Totaled 10 varsity letters with the Royals under coach Dan Nelson…was a PIAA state indoor qualifier as a senior in the 60-meter hurdles...qualified for his district meet in the 300-meter hurdles as a senior and in the long jump and 110-meter hurdles as a junior and senior…received All-Delco honorable mention and All-Central League Second Team honors…also competed in football for three years and one year in cross country.
