2019 Cross Country: Was not on the team.
 
2019 Outdoor: Competed for the Raiders in one meet during his third outdoor season.
 
2019 Indoor: Represented the Raiders in mid-distance events during his third indoor season…recorded a season best in the 800 meters at the Bucknell Tune-Up…competed in four meets.
 
2018 Cross Country: Competed in the first six races of the season for the Raiders in his second full cross country campaign…represented the Raiders at the PSAC Championships as the team’s No. 12 runner…recorded his 8K season best at the Paul Short Run.
 
2018 Outdoor: Contributed to an All-PSAC third-place finish with the 4x800-meter relay in his second outdoor season with the Raiders…represented the Raiders in the 1,500 meters at the PSAC Championships…ran a season best in the 800 meters at the Paul Kaiser Classic and in the 1,500 meters at the Bison Outdoor Classic…achieved a PR in the 3K at the SU Midweek Invitational…competed in six meets.
 
2018 Indoor: Contributed to a pair of scoring relays at the PSAC Championships in his second indoor season, including a conference title with the distance medley relay…ran on the fourth-place 4x800-meter relay at the PSAC Championships…qualified for the PSAC Championships in the mile…recorded a PR in the mile at the Bison Open and in the 800 meters at Kutztown…competed in six meets.
 
2017 Cross Country: Competed in two races for the Raiders in his debut cross country season…finished as the team’s No. 8 runner at the Paul Short Run “Brown” race and the No. 9 runner at the Division II Challenge.  
 
2017 Outdoor: Ran on the conference champion 4x800-meter relay in his debut outdoor season with the Raiders…represented the Raiders in the 800 meters at the PSAC Championships…recorded his PR in the 800 meters at the PSAC Championships and in the 1,500 meters at the Paul Kaiser Classic…competed in six meets.
 
2017 Indoor: Contributed to an eighth-place finish with the 4x800-meter relay at the PSAC Championships in his debut season with the Raiders…recorded a season best in the 800 meters at the Bucknell Tune-Up…competed in six meets.
 
2016 Cross Country: Redshirt season.

2016 Indoor: Competed in the Bison Opener in the 800 meters in his lone competition of his debut season.

Trinity High School: Totaled four varsity letters for the Shamrocks under head coach Sam Turpin…won a PIAA State Championships medal in the 800 meters with an eighth-place finish as a senior…claimed two additional PIAA State Championships medals with his school’s 4x800-meter relay as a junior and senior…named to the All-Mid-Penn Conference Second Team as a senior…also earned three varsity letters in wrestling.
