2020 Indoor: Contributed to a sixth-place finish with the distance medley relay to cap his second indoor season with the Raiders…ran a season best in the 3K at Kutztown…competed in five meets.
 
2019 Cross Country: Completed all six races for the Raiders in his second season…served as the team’s No. 5 scoring runner at the PSAC Championships…represented the Raiders at the NCAA Atlantic Region Championships…recorded an 8K season best at the PSAC Championships.
 
2019 Outdoor: Contributed to a seventh-place finish with the 4x800-meter relay at the PSAC Championships to conclude his debut outdoor season…represented the Raiders with a season best in the 3,000-meter steeplechase at the PSAC Championships…competed in five meets.
 
2019 Indoor: Represented the Raiders with a season best in the 3K at the PSAC Championships to conclude his debut indoor season…recorded a season best in the mile at Kutztown…competed in three meets.
 
2018 Cross Country: Competed in six races during his debut season with the Raiders…represented the Raiders at the PSAC Championships, serving as the team’s No. 9 runner and posting a Top 50 finish…achieved an 8K season best of 27:50 at the Doug Watts Invitational, his debut collegiate race at the distance…served as the team’s No. 4 runner at the Dickinson Long Invitational…completed a 6K in the season opener on the home course.
 
Jenkintown High School: Earned multiple varsity letters for the Drakes under head coach Carl Pennell…was a three-time PIAA State Cross Country Championships qualifier, placing 24th as a junior and 14th as a senior…named the Bicentennial Athletic League MVP as a junior…earned All-Bicentennial League First Team honors after all four of his cross country seasons…twice received All-League Second Team honors…achieved All-League honorable mention as a senior…also played basketball.
