2020 Indoor: Ran on the conference-champion 4x400-meter relay to conclude his second indoor season…was set to represent the Raiders on the 4x400-meter relay at the NCAA Championships before the competition was canceled…finished fourth in the 400 meters at the PSAC Championships with a PR performance…competed in six meets.
2019 Outdoor: Placed eighth in the 400-meter hurdles at the PSAC Championships to conclude his debut outdoor season…ran a season best in the 400-meter hurdles at the Colonial Relays and in the 400 meters at the Bison Outdoor Classic…competed in seven meets.
2019 Indoor: Contributed to a scoring performance in the distance medley relay at the PSAC Championships to cap his debut indoor season…ran the 400-meter leg of the DMR that finished fourth at the PSAC Championships…represented the Raiders in the 200 meters with a season best at the PSAC Championships…achieved a season best in the 400 meters at the Bucknell Tune-Up…competed in five meets.
McConnellsburg High School: Competed at the varsity level for the Spartains…won the 2017 PIAA ‘AA’ State Championship in the 300-meter hurdles…finished as a three-time PIAA ‘AA’ State Championships medalist in the 300-meter hurdles, including a third-place finish as a senior and a fifth-place finish as a sophomore…was a four-time PIAA ‘AA’ State Championships qualifier in the event…claimed three District V ‘AA’ Championships in the 300-meter hurdles and two District V ‘AA’ Championships in the 110-meter hurdles…was the salutatorian of his graduating class.
