2011-12 (Junior): Earned NCAA indoor All-America honors with a third-place finish in the distance medley relay squad for the Raiders in a splendid third season…anchored the 4x800-meter relay that won a PSAC indoor championship…got stuck in a slow final heat to be prevented from placing in the indoor 800 meters at the PSAC meet…placed sixth in the 800 meters at the PSAC outdoor championships…obtained USTFCCCA All-Region honors with his indoor turn on the DMR…posted his first sub-4:00 time in the 1,500 meters with a new outdoor personal best at the Millersville Metrics.
2010-11 (Sophomore): Established new indoor and outdoor PRs in the 800 during his second season with the Raiders…placed in the 800 at the PSAC indoor and outdoor championship meets…finished sixth indoors and eighth outdoors…ran the opening leg of the indoor 4x800-meter relay squad that placed third at the PSAC indoor meet…set his new outdoor PR with a second-place finish and NCAA provisional qualifying mark at the Paul Kaiser Classic from Seth Grove Stadium…achieved USTFCCCA All-Academic honors for his efforts.
2009-10 (Freshman): Performed well in his debut season with the Raiders, primarily running the 800 meters…qualified in the 800 meters for the PSAC indoor and outdoor championships…placed 10th in the 800 at the PSAC outdoor meet.
Phoenixville High School: Won 12 varsity letters while running for head coach Jack Kraynak…finished in the Top 10 in the 4x800 meter relay at the Nike Indoor National Championships…earned a fifth-place finish in 4x800m at the PIAA Indoor Track and Field Championships…twice named to the All-Pac 10 team…won the Pac 10 Championship in the 4x8 twice, also finished as a runner-up in the 800m two times...ran the 800 in a career-best 1:57…ran the 1600 in a personal-best 4:34…best time in the 3000m was 9:35…posted a career-high 10:05 time in the 3200 and another personal-best 16:32 in the 5000m.
