2010-11 (Senior): Continued to excel as an outdoor steeplechase specialist with the Raiders…achieved his first All-PSAC accolades with a third-place finish in the steeplechase at the PSAC outdoor meet…earned USTFCCCA All-Region honors with his NCAA provisional qualifying mark and new PR in the steeplechase under the lights at the Penn Relays…established a new outdoor PR in the mile at the Millersville Metrics…competed unattached during the indoor season to preserve his eligibility for one more full season as a graduate student.
2009-10 (Junior): Rebounded with a breakthrough season for the Raiders…finished fourth in the steeplechase at the PSAC outdoor meet to help Shippensburg defend its conference championship…posted a NCAA provisional qualifying time in the steeplechase…set new PRs in the mile, 3K and 5K…won the inaugural 3K race at the Paul Kaiser Classic from Seth Grove Stadium.
2008-09 (Sophomore): Battled injuries for a majority of his second year with the team…competed in the 3K and 5K at Bucknell during the indoor season before his season ended in January…completed a medical redshirt during the outdoor season.
2007-08 (Freshman): Completed his debut season as a distance runner for the Red Raider track and field program…placed sixth in the 5K at the PSAC indoor meet…debuted in the steeplechase during the outdoor season at the Bison Outdoor Classic.
York Catholic High School: Competed for the Fighting Irish under coach Jeff Alloway…earned eight varsity letters…was a member of the National Honor Society
