2016 Indoor – 4x8 (6th)
2016 Indoors: Placed sixth with the 4x800-meter relay at the PSAC Indoor Championships during his debut season…ran the second leg on the relay that posted a time of 8:08.73…competed twice in the mile, twice in the 800 meters, and once in the 1K, 3K and a 4x8 relay during the regular season…participated in five meets during the season including the conference championships.
Radnor High School: Totaled 12 varsity letters, four each in cross country and both track & fields, for the Raiders under coaches Ted Woolrey and Tom Flanagan…set school records in five events during his prep career…finished with eight All-Delco honors and eight All-Central League honors in his career…also played basketball…was an honor-roll student.
Personal: Full name is Connor David Holm…is the son of Craig Holm and Karen Cossaboon…majoring in management…has a brother, Spencer, and a sister, Shannon…both siblings participated in sports at Cornell…parents ran professionally and both competed in Olympic Trials for the marathon.
