PSAC Championships Competition:
• 1-Time PSAC Placewinner (1x – Relay)

2021 Outdoor – 3K Steeple (13th)
2020 Indoor – 4x8 (1st)
2021 Outdoor: Debuted as an outdoor distance runner…represented the Raiders in the 3,000-meter steeplechase with a season best at the PSAC Championships…achieved a season best in the 800 meters at the Mid-Week Collegiate Invitational…also took to the track in the 1,500 meters…competed in seven meets.
2021 Indoor: No season due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
2020 Outdoor: No season due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
2020 Indoor: Contributed to the conference champion 4x800-meter relay at the PSAC Championships to conclude his debut indoor season…ran a season best in the 800 meters at the Bison Open and Multi and in the mile at Kutztown…competed in five meets.
Cross Country
2020 (Sophomore): Ran in all three of the team’s races during an abbreviated season held in 2021 because of the COVID-19 pandemic…posted a Top 20 finish at the SU Invite and a Top 25 finish at the LHU Winter Invite…represented the Raiders at the PSAC Championships.
2019 (Freshman): Competed in four races for the Raiders in his debut season…achieved his 8K season best at the Lock Haven University Invitational.
Central York High School: Totaled eight varsity letters spanning cross country and track & field for the Panthers under head coach Jennifer Hughes…twice named Track Team MVP…earned Leadership award in cross country as a senior…contributed to a pair of team divisional championships in cross country…was a member of the distinguished honor roll throughout high school…graduated in the Top 10 percent of his senior class.
About Harris: Full name is Cole Jay Harris…is the son of Gary Harris and Tracy Reckner-Harris...majoring in biology, concentrating in biotechnology, while seeking a minor in chemistry.
