2011-12 (Junior): Continued his string of PSAC indoor place-winning performances with a third-place effort in the long jump at the PSAC Championships…notched his indoor season PR at Bucknell and his outdoor season PR at the Paul Kaiser Classic…qualified for the PSAC outdoor championships in the long jump and placed ninth.
2010-11 (Sophomore): Broke through with NCAA national championship appearances in the long jump during the indoor and outdoor seasons…earned All-America honors in the long jump with an eighth-place finish at the PSAC indoor meet...achieved All-PSAC honors with third-place finishes in the long jump at the PSAC indoor and outdoor meet…broke the school record in the long jump until it was surpassed by his teammate…achieved his outdoor long jump PR at Richmond’s Fred Hardy Invitational.
2009-10 (Freshman): Competed in the long jump and selected sprints during his debut season...placed eighth in the long jump at the PSAC outdoor meet…finished ninth in the long jump at the PSAC indoor meet…ran a leg of the team’s outdoor 4x100-meter relay at the PSAC outdoor meet.
Montrose High School: Earned five varsity letters with the Meteors under head coach Sean Castallani…named All Region in the long jump in during the 2008 and 2009 seasons…finished sixth at the PIAA Indoor Track and Field Championships in the long jump as a senior…finished fifth in the long jump at the PIAA Outdoor Track and Field Championships during his senior season…ran the 100-meter dash in 10.9 seconds and the 200 in 22.7 seconds…also played football.
