Shippensburg University Athletics

Lara Crofford joins the coaching staff this season as a volunteer as she seeks to complete her graduate education at Shippensburg. Crofford was a three-time NCAA qualifier for the Raiders last season between the indoor and outdoor track & field campaigns, earning indoor All-America honors with the DMR while also placing ninth in the indoor 5K and the outdoor 10K. As an undergraduate at the University of Nebraska, Crofford was a three-time NCAA Division I qualifier and a 9-time Big 12 placewinner.
