2021 Outdoor: Made an immediate impact in his debut track season, winning the PSAC Outdoor Championship in the 10K as a rookie…posted an All-PSAC finish in the 5K with a runner-up finish…received U.S. Track & Field and Cross Country Coaches Association (USTFCCCA) All-Region classifications for his season bests in the 1,500 meters and the 5K…achieved his season best in the 10K at the PSAC Championships and in the 5K at the Paul Kaiser Classic…recorded season bests in the 800 and 1,500 meters at the Mid-Week Invitational… recognized as a USTFCCCA All-Academic Athlete for achieving an NCAA provisional qualifier and maintaining a GPA of 3.25 or higher…competed in five meets.

2020 (Sophomore): Maintained his status as one of the conference’s premier distance runners with an All-PSAC First Team classification at the PSAC Championships…finished fifth at the PSAC Championships…won the LHU Winter Invite and finished second at the SU Invite…served as the team’s No. 1 runner in all three races during an abbreviated season held in 2021 because of the COVID-19 pandemic.
 
2019 (Freshman): Earned a spot on the All-PSAC First Team with an 11th-place finish at the PSAC Championships to highlight a strong debut season with the Raiders…served as the team’s No. 1 runner in four of his five races…finished as the top freshman in the PSAC Championships field…earned SU’s highest place-finish by a freshman at the PSAC Championships in 10 years…was the team’s No. 2 scoring runner at the NCAA Atlantic Region Championships…posted three Top 12 finishes on the year…recorded an 8K season best at the Paul Short Run…received a USTFCCCA All-Academic designation.
Mifflin County High School: Totaled more than 10 varsity letters for the Huskies spanning cross country and track & field competing for coach Greg Loht…finished his prep career with six state medals, including an eighth-place finish at the PIAA State Cross Country Championships as a senior and an 18th-place finish as a junior…placed second in the 3,200 meters at the 2019 PIAA State Outdoor Track & Field Championships and sixth in the mile at the PIAA Indoor Championships…contributed to state medals with his school’s distance medley relay and 4x800-meter relay…is the only athlete from his school to medal in cross country, indoor track & field and outdoor track & field in the same year…completed his career as a nine-time PIAA state championships qualifier spanning cross country and track & field…achieved All-State Second Team honors on three occasions…won five District VI ‘AAA’ Championships, including both the 1,600 meters and 3,200 meters as a junior and senior…claimed four Mid-Penn Conference Championships, including the 1,600 meters as both a junior and senior…set five school records and seven class records…was an honor graduate who achieved the most state medals by an athlete in his school’s history…also played soccer.
