2010-11 (Freshman): Debuted as a javelin thrower for the Raiders…set his season PR at the Dr. Jack M. Toms Invitational at the University of Richmond…competed five times during the outdoor season.
Chambersburg Area Senior High School: Totaled two varsity letters with the Trojans under coaches Roger Coleman and Brett Shatzer…recorded a javelin PR of 181 feet…earned Emerging Elite status after a fourth-place finish at the 2010 New Balance Outdoor Nationals…qualified for the PIAA state championships as a senior after winning a District 3 championship…was a runner-up at the Mid-Penn Conference Championships…also played basketball and baseball.
Personal: Full name is Blake Anthony Stahl…is the son of Tony and Lisa Stahl…majoring in psychology…mother Lisa played basketball at New Mexico State.
